Проблема с 5ESS

Предыстория: меняли ЭПУ, станция после включения запросила смену суффикса пароля у пользователя с админ. полномочиями. Суффикс был изменён. Но ночью скрипты, выполняющие разные проверки по telnet трижды ломились к станции со старыми (!) паролями. Станция заблокировала доступ. На MCC тоже настроена авторизация. Есть два пользователя с ограниченными полномочиями и актуальными паролями. При чтении англоязычной документации выяснил, что есть некий режим Unrestricted Access, включаемый на время через EAI (42!+!52) и отключающий авторизацию. Но все манипуляции по включению этого режима не дают ожидаемого результата. Может кто имеет опыт по включению Unrestricted Access на 5ESS?

Сложно будет найти ответ. Сообщества по 5ESS не было даже англоязычного и в старое время, про нас и не говорю. Нужно искать конкретного человека, кто работал на станции здесь или там (linkedin?). Из общих соображений, как это сделано, например, у Нортела, вся блокировка привязана к TTY. Поэтому если есть возможность пересоздать или перезагрузить TTY - может помочь. Еще вариант к какому-то другому порту подключиться (CDR?), это будет другой TTY, скорее всего, блокировка на него не распространяется. Ну и вариант с питанием тоже вариант

Login asks for your user name (if not supplied as an argument), and, if
appropriate, your password. Echoing is turned off (where possible) during the
typing of your password so it will not appear on the written record of the
session.
At some installations, an option may be invoked that will require you to enter a
second ‘‘machine’’ password. This will be prompted by the message “machine
password:’’. Both passwords are required for a successful login.
If you do not complete the login successfully within 5 tries, all later attempts
will fail. The TTY will have to be removed and restored before it will again let
any one login on it.

блокировка на каждом TTY отдельная. Попробуйте на разные потыкаться, они же есть в физическом виде, как RS-232
